Boxes are shipped at the beginning of every month and generally received by the second week of the month.

Each month’s box contents and t-shirt will be different. The value for the Nightingales Mail box and the Deluxe box is roughly double what you actually pay. For example, the Nightingales Mail box costs $45/month, but the retail value of the items in the box totals $90 or more.

If you subscribe to our T-Shirt Squad, you will receive our monthly tee and one other matching accessory or other fun item in the package. 

If you subscribe to our Nightingales Mail box, you will receive 4-6 hand picked, curated goodies. One item you will be able to use for work and one item will be personalized. All of them will be fun! Past items have included personalized badge reels, monogrammed tote bags, phone grips, headbands, tumblers, cookie cutters, aprons, earrings, bracelets, necklaces, food/candy, wax melts, satchets, cooking utensils, buttons, stickers, etc. A huge percentage of our items are handmade by small businesses and women owned businesses. 

If you subscribe to the Deluxe Nightingales Mail Box, you will receive everything in the T-Shirt Squad package and the Nightingales Mail Box.

Simply contact us at hello@nightingalesmail.com no later than the 10th of every month. We buy exactly what we need to fulfill our boxes and you will always have a personalized item so we do need to know by the 10th of the month if you plan to cancel.

Subscribers are billed on the 15th of the month.

Generally, we don’t allow returns. If there is an issue when you receive your box or something is damaged, please contact us immediately so we can fix the problem.

Please email us immediately so we can fix your address prior to the 1st of every month. If your box is shipped to an incorrect address that you put in as your shipping address and it is returned to us, you will need to re-pay shipping to get your box.

We do allow one pause per year for your subscription. Please contact us before the 10th of the month you would like to pause
